A supersized fridge, teppanyaki plate and BBQ make it easy to create tasty dishes using top-quality island ingredients, including local goat’s cheese and freshly caught fish.

However, guests who’d rather not cook can call upon one of our private chefs, who are experts at fusing local and international flavors.

Meet Chef Melvin,  born and raised in the Netherlands. However for his culinary and hospitality skills he moved to Saba and more recently to Bonaire. Happy with Fenna and both extremely service minded.
